When a buyer purchases your offer, A4G holds the order funds for 14 days before you can withdraw them.
Why Funds Are Held
This holding period gives the buyer time to report any issue with their order — see Understanding the 14-Day Buyer Protection Period for the buyer-side view of this same process.
Where to See Held Funds
Revenue from orders that haven't completed their holding period yet is shown as Pending Sales in your Wallet. Once an order completes, those funds move into your Wallet Balance.
What You Should Do During This Period
Deliver the order within your offer's Guaranteed Delivery Time.

After 14 Days
Once the 14-day period ends, the funds from that order are added to your Wallet Balance, and you can withdraw them. See How to Request Your Funds.
