Once you have at least $50 in your Wallet Balance, here's how to withdraw your funds.
Step 1: Go to Your Wallet
Select Wallet from your seller account menu, then click Withdraw.
Step 2: Choose a Withdrawal Method
Select either:
Crypto (USDT)
Swift Bank
Step 3: Enter Your Withdrawal Amount
Enter the amount you'd like to withdraw in USD. The page shows:
Payment Fees
You Receive (your amount after fees)
Important: The minimum withdrawal amount is $50. All SWIFT withdrawals incur a 4% fee plus a $10 flat fee. Your payout is always made in your billing currency and is auto-converted from USD using the exchange rate at the time of processing.
Step 4: Fill In Your Details
For a SWIFT Bank withdrawal, provide:
Personal Information: First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Country, Street Address, City, Postcode
Bank Information: Account Number, Routing Code (optional), SWIFT Code
Important: Withdrawals can only be sent to currently supported countries. You must be the recipient of the funds, with the withdrawal address registered in your name.
Step 5: Submit Your Request
Review your details and click Submit.
