When you create an offer, you set both a delivery time and a delivery method — together, these determine how your order gets fulfilled.
Delivery Time
This is how long you're committing to take to deliver an order after it's purchased. It's shown to buyers on your offer as the Guaranteed Delivery Time, and starts counting down as soon as an order is placed.
Important: Once your Guaranteed Delivery Time runs out on an order, the buyer can open a dispute. Set a delivery time you can consistently meet.
Delivery Method
Choose between:
Automatic — you upload the account's login credentials and any notes when you create your offer. As soon as a buyer pays, those credentials are delivered to them automatically, with no manual step needed from you.
Manual — you deliver the order yourself within your set delivery time, typically by sending the account or product details through the order's Live Chat after the buyer pays.
Where to See Your Delivery Settings
Your delivery time and method are shown on each offer in your Offers dashboard (for example: "20 Minutes · Manual").
