Once your order is placed, open your order page to see the Guaranteed Delivery Time, shown as a live countdown in minutes and seconds.
What Happens During This Time
Your seller prepares and delivers your order.
You can message your seller directly in your order's Live Chat if you have questions.
Your order status shows Pending Delivery until your seller marks it delivered.
If the Countdown Runs Out
Once the countdown reaches 00:00, you'll see a message that the guaranteed delivery window has ended, and an Open Dispute button becomes available. See What to Do If There's an Issue With Your Order.
Important: The Guaranteed Delivery Time is separate from the 14-day Buyer Protection Period, which continues after delivery. See Understanding the 14-Day Buyer Protection Period for more.
