If something is wrong with your order, here's what to do.
Step 1: Contact Your Seller in Live Chat
Message your seller and explain the issue. Common examples include:
Incorrect account details
Login problems
A product that doesn't match its description
Other delivery-related issues
Step 2: Give Your Seller a Chance to Fix It
Your seller should have the opportunity to resolve the issue directly.
Step 3: Open a Dispute If Needed
If your order's Guaranteed Delivery Time has run out and the issue still isn't resolved, click Open Dispute on your order page.
Important: The Open Dispute button only becomes available once your order's Guaranteed Delivery Time countdown reaches 00:00 — you can't open a dispute before then.
Step 4: Tell Us What Went Wrong
Select the reason that best matches your issue:
Guaranteed delivery time is overdue
Seller claims goods were delivered, but the order was not received
Cannot claim purchase due to in-game issues
Order is not as described
Seller is unresponsive
I have another issue
Add any extra details in the Share Details box, then click Dispute Order to submit.
Step 5: Your Order Status Changes to Dispute Raised
Keep all communication in your order's Live Chat so your case stays on record.
If Your Issue Gets Resolved
From your order page, you can:
Click Cancel Dispute to withdraw your dispute — your order returns to its previous status.
Click Mark as Received if you've received your order and everything is correct, to complete it.
Important: You're covered by the 14-Day Buyer Protection Period, which gives you time to report issues after your order is placed.
