What Happens If the Seller Doesn't Resolve My Issue?

seller won't fix my order, seller not responding, unresolved order issue, A4G support step in, dispute review

If you've opened a dispute on your order and your seller hasn't resolved it, here's what happens next.

Your Order Status Changes to Dispute Raised

Once you submit your dispute, your order status updates to Dispute Raised, and the A4G team may reach out in Live Chat if more information is needed.

What A4G Support Does

A4G Support joins your case as soon as you open your dispute and reviews the evidence shared in your order's Live Chat — from both you and your seller — along with the circumstances of the order, to decide on an appropriate outcome.

Important: A4G Support works to resolve disputes as early as possible, but it can take up to 24 hours to give your seller a fair chance to respond before a decision is made.

Possible Outcomes

Depending on the case, outcomes may include:

  • Your seller resolving the issue after A4G Support's review.

  • Your seller providing a replacement account, where applicable.

  • You receiving A4G Credits if a replacement or resolution isn't provided.

  • Another outcome based on the specific circumstances.

While Your Dispute Is Open

From your order page, you can:

  • Click Cancel Dispute if the issue gets resolved, to withdraw your dispute.

  • Click Mark as Received once you've received your order and everything is correct, to complete it.

Important: A4G Support determines outcomes on a case-by-case basis. A specific result isn't guaranteed.
