What Happens When A4G Support Reviews a Case?

A4G support case review, seller dispute, dispute raised seller, order dispute review

If a buyer opens a dispute on one of your orders, here's what happens on your end.

Your Order Status Changes to Dispute Raised

Once a buyer submits a dispute, the order status updates to Dispute Raised, and the reason they selected (along with any details they added) becomes visible on the order.

A4G Support Joins the Case

A4G Support joins the case as soon as the dispute is opened and reviews the evidence shared in Live Chat by both you and the buyer.

Important: A4G Support works to resolve disputes as early as possible, but it can take up to 24 hours to give you a fair chance to respond before a decision is made.

What You Should Do

  • Respond promptly in Live Chat with your side and any evidence.

  • Offer a replacement or resolution if appropriate — see Providing a Replacement Account.

Possible Outcomes

  • You resolve the issue directly with the buyer.

  • You provide a replacement account, where applicable.

  • The buyer receives A4G Credits if a replacement or resolution isn't provided.

  • Another outcome based on A4G Support's review of the case.
